Barbara Kwiatkowska-Lass was married twice. Her first marriage was to the Polish film director and screenwriter Andrzej Wajda. They got married in 1958 but ended their marriage in 1969. Her second marriage was to the American film and television producer and director, Stanley Kramer. They got married in 1971 and remained together until his death in 2001.
